My leadership team is relatively chill. Easy work and decent pay. Customers are generally polite.

If you show up with a positive attitude each day and are willing to learn you can promote quickly in the car washes and corporate teams. Corporate office is a nice environment and dog friendly

Cons

the company is growing fast and it can be challenging for everyone to keep up. Employees in the car washes deal with the difficulties of being outside in the heat and cold with year round weather changes
