Pros

Really great place for those that are wanting to implement the ESDM.

Cons

Too many to list - this is a growing company that’s PE backed, so they are taking on ALOT more than they can chew and it’s concerning. Constantly opening new clinics, while turnover is continuously high. Not to mention, work/life balance is non existent and some things are extremely unethical. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. This was by far the worst place I have ever worked. I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like I should warn people. Please save the tears, panic attacks, and stress for something that actually matters.

Cons

Terrible work life balance. And this is a CLINIC. That is the one perk of working at a clinic, you can work a normal 9-5. Soar expects you to stay late or come early some days and if you don’t it is held against. My PC was by far the worst person I’ve ever worked with. A PC should be your mentor and guide you through struggles. She was demeaning, inappropriate, and made you feel terrible if you’re not stressing yourself out to “provide to the company”.

Pros

A good concept but has grown too fast and far more interested in quantity versus quality.

Cons

Become a chain versus a therapy clinic. Love the kiddos and the dedication of our therapists. Grown so large have not even met the clinic supervisor and turn over has been rising in the last 6 months.
