Some decent people work here at the lower levels.

Cons

- Gross mismanagement of company - Frequent layoffs - Company seems to be failing - Benefits keep getting worse and pay is below average A while back they asked the employees to leave fraudulent good reviews because the Glassdoor rating was bad. At least some of the current good reviews may be due to that.

Many projects and small teams allow you to be a key player for cutting-edge AI projects, SoarTech is a place that develops and empowers future leaders.

Cons

Much of the software is DoD research-oriented, so there is a high chance you will work on projects that end up being abandoned after the contract period-of-performance. Compensation is not near the FAANG level, so talented employees often leave, and hiring experienced people can be difficult.
