Pros

Everyone here is very nice and fun to work with (as good as you can expect during a pandemic). The benefits and quality of work is very good. The office has snacks, so that’s a major plus! The work schedule is very flexible. I’m entry level and I feel like the way they are treating me is very good. I feel like an important part of the team with room to grow.

Cons

The reviews I read before getting the job definitely scared me. I have to say nothing to this point has validated any of the bad things I’ve read.

Don't Relocate!

Pros

I get to work with extremely bright engineers and scientists. Many of them are very passionate about what they do.

Cons

Management is looking to maximize their own salaries at the cost of everyone who has diligently worked to make Soar the great company it once was. Quite simply, management is the con. They have fired or broken everyone that dare be a voice of reason. People get hired, relocate, are doing well at their job, and are terminated months later.

Cons

Experiencing some growing pains, lack of HR support
