Pros

Great company culture. Compensation is above average for part-time work. Opportunity for pay increase. Fun team building activities/events. Management/office is always supportive and open to suggestions. Opportunity to create a positive impact on the children you coach.

Cons

Working outside in the summer heat is rough. Must be very patient with kids or you will struggle. Lots of driving- may have to coach classes in all parts of Houston and the surrounding areas.

Cons

Fast paced (can be stressful at times), off weeks in between seasons, pay is not competitive on leadership side,
