very bad company ethics, specially the CEO very bad ethics, no integrity what so ever,
for new candidates who are planning to join this company, somethings to looks for
1. If you will be joining as a developer, expect to work 12-14 hrs day , with most of the work between 9pm PST to 1AM PST additional to 8 hrs day shift and work on friday nights and sunday nights too
2. If you will be joining as customer success: be prepared to face humiliation with clients all the time, and be thorwn in pit of hell fire.
3. if you will be joining as customer implementation : be prepared to work more than developers and with 1/2 the salary, and a meager incentive.
4. no overtime will be provided.
Now even if you still decide to join then,
1. Be sure you have a backup plan in case you feel you got tricked into joining the company by the CEO.
2. Get hired as a hourly worker and not a salaried employee.
3. Be sure to collect all your sponsorship documents, as the CEO is not trustworthy.
Special note for developers , you will be working with the most incompetent developers (85% of the developers in company) in the world , that will waste your time and energy, and blame it on you if the product goes bad because they did not have the foresight to look into the workings of the product.
