Pros

Excellent work culture,work life balance, knowledge sharing, one of the best thing focus on self learning. Team in the US and India work together Here you are always welcomed for learning anything new. Seniors are supportive. Good office,birthday celebrations,dinner parties. Overall very good atmosphere to work. Company focuses on growth of employee in every aspect. A very inclusive, flexible and nurturing work culture which brings out the best in employees. If you have drive and passion, opportunities and areas to grow are in plenty. I was very satisfied with the experience I gathered in this company .

Absolutely no pros to working at Annex Cloud/Social Annex.

Cons

Annex Cloud/Social Annex is a shoddy little business masquerading as something more than it is, with a wholly dishonorable CEO at the helm. If there is one misfortune to avoid in life, it's working for this company.

1. They never tell you, that you will not be on different payroll. Such as They appoint you to work for Social Annex but you will be working in Immply India group office. 2. No Leaves 3. No management. Only one person takes the decision. 4. Work is totally different from actual profile. 5.Anytime they can ask you to work in shifts. 6. No team management only few favorite people run the teams. 7. No personal growth.
