A Great Place to Learn & Grow

Pros

The company is set up with several self managed teams. Each team sets their own goals and for the most part dictates how they approach each project. The pay is also very competitive. I started very low on the chain, but I now make more than I've made at any other job previously. I do not have a degree, and honestly, it would have been tough for me to make the salary I make here at any other company. Benefits are also good, including profit sharing and employee shares.

Cons

Long hours are the norm, 50+ a week is expected of salaried employees. Personally I don't consider this a con, as the more I work, the more I reap in the end, but I know that the work/life balance thing is an issue for some.

Pros

I was hired as a warehouse associate and within 4 years I was promoted to an account manager. People I work with are friendly, nice, and are very helpful. There is a lot of room for advancement in the company.

Cons

There are times where you will find your self stressed due to the fast paced environment.
