Pros

They have a great retirement package, the pay raises are predictable, and the health insurance is pretty good.

Cons

The stress of the job and the micromanagement will literally cause you to have a mental breakdown. I'd like to say I'm exaggerating but multiple people left the job or went on disability while I was there due to mental health issues that were directly caused by the work environment.

They are interested in actually improving customer experience, and are doing cool projects with tight deadlines to get that done.

The upper management is vicious and couldn't care less about employees.
