      Good benefits, job security, steady pay raises, high pay, independent work enviornment, flexible scheduling with 4/10 shifts available, variable start times

      Cons

      stressful, dailiy interactions with people on their deathbeds, mentally unstable individuals, convicts, etc., takes at least 5 yrs to learn the position, you will never be colse to being on top of your workload

      -Manager rarely communicated necessary tasks for projects -Manger was at times condescending towards all workers

      Pros

      Had alot of down time. While working I would review cases for consideration of benefits and other "internly" duties. Flex-Time is great. Can start anytime from 6-9pm and got off of work accordingly.

      Cons

      Not much room for upward movement.
