Work from home Competitive salary for Turkish standards

Cons

Tons of work behind expectations Not transparent (They cut retirement payments right after COVID-19, they told that they are doing it to not fire anyone, then they continue hiring people) I had to work with someone who is suffering from prima donna syndrome (bad luck) Source code quality standards were low, no career improvement

Pros

It is a great place to work because: * One works with new technologies and big projects that make difference, * One takes initiatives and see the outcomes very soon, * There is very little bureaucracy if any, * Everyone is very transparent and gives feedback to each other.

Cons

You have to work a lot and tirelessly to achieve the big goals set, this requires dedication. Everything cannot be perfect and should not be expected due to fast growth and scale issues.
