Everyone worked hard, but knew how to have fun. They valued making the job more than just a job and encouraged us to get together outside of work, give back, and have a work family.

New company, fast growing company - if you're not used to that, it can be a bit overwhelming

The culture is so engaging and transparent for all employees. From day one, you have an opportunity to directly contribute to both culture and processes. Leadership directly engages employees for feedback and then puts plans in place to implement if it is positive. Overall, I would highly recommend Socio
