Pros

Best product in the marketplace: I've worked here for four years and have lead dozens of proofs of concept. I've lost two, and it wasn't product related. Smartest industry experts: Work at Socure if you want to work along side the best. Our customers tell me time and time again that "their Socure team is an extension of their Fraud and Compliance teams, internally". They view us as true partners, not simply another vendor. Compensation: I've been an AE for 15 years and have many former AE colleagues working for competitors as well as those who have left the industry - none of them make more in their base salary than Socure pays and none of them collect the upside that Socure offers in commission.

Cons

Work hours: don't come here if you're not willing to put time in every once in a while on the weekends and week nights. We're all shareholders, it will pay off. It's hard work: We never stop learning. It's what sets us apart from our competition - but it's relentless - the expectation to stay up to date on new product enhancements, deployments and fraud trends is high. Execution, execution, execution: We are expected to perform, but that performance is met with high upside. Companies want to do business with Socure. As a sales rep or anyone in the commercial org, we have the opportunity to work with the biggest brands in the world, of course the expectations to perform are high.
