Pros

WFH - Remote Flexibility Best Perks and Benefits in the Market (top-notch benefits in the market) including WFH Stipend Supportive Boss and Ecosystem Innovation at its best, great products, and great people to work with

Cons

Compensation should be on par with the market standards - Paid comparatively low for the role I play and the designation I hold Low merit increase Sometimes no clear line between the work and life, but overall, it is manageable

Pros

Permanent Work from home that’s all

Cons

Zero transparency, just get hired like a contractor and get ready to be fired at any moment. Pay is also not up to par; career growth opportunities are only for limited people.
