Pros

Best in the industry. Fast growth Future is bright Smart colleagues Good pay and options Challenging and interesting work

Cons

Very demanding. You really need a winner and overachiever attitude to thrive here. You need to love your work, learning and improving. Aggressive culture, but respectful and candid. You do need a thick skin.

Absolute nightmare

Pros

Pay and overall compensation is decent but not without strings

Cons

Everyone at this company is a “director” despite having no subordinates. Continually shared personal information about employees even after they were asked not to. Everyone in “management “ has financial pull and people are frequently laid off to accommodate costly request (ex: they don’t like a program currently in use and want to purchase another, lavish trips for team building, unnecessary and expensive “perks” for sales team) Boys club is rampant- one sales executive told a woman she should shoot the deer in her backyard on an all hands. Sales team will hope on calls and drop f bombs with the excuse that they’re really “jazzed.” Every department uses a different technology. Half of which could be eliminated if the HR team didn’t disable basic option for self service. If you don’t participate (aka give money) for a birthday or baby shower or sympathy flowers, you will be iced out. Super clicky and leadership encourages it. High turnover and no transparency about who they’re hiring. You’ll never seen an open position but suddenly someone new has been hired. Where are all these secret job listings?? Outsourcing - ceo is a self described “red blooded American capitalist” who reads books on Elon musk and repeats whatever he read. He’s openly rude to employees. Leadership has spotty job records and limited experience. Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs - 2 major layoffs, 2 smaller in less than 3 years. They spend like they’re a large company who’s growing when the reality is they’re a small company who has to secure funding every year because they aren’t profitable. After ten years are you aren’t a startup, you’re just bad at this.
