      THERE ARE ZERO PROS TO WORKING HERE

      Absolutely an awful experience. The company is toxic and refuses to respond to you but then when you need something you’re expected to drop everything. I’ve never seen a worse run company. I would avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      Decent compensation, fully remote, adequate product, not much else.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, highly political drama-filled workplace. Co-workers will throw you under the bus to save themselves, very challenging, impossible-to-please leadership team. Watch out for layoffs and being attacked by toxic leaders. It's a high-stress, no work-life balance environment. Prepare to always work late nights and weekends and be available any time of day, as it's expected.
