      I've worked here for a few months now as a data scientist and have had a positive experience. The company puts a lot of effort into their ds department, pay is very good, and the work load is reasonable.

      Decent compensation, fully remote, adequate product, not much else.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, highly political drama-filled workplace. Co-workers will throw you under the bus to save themselves, very challenging, impossible-to-please leadership team. Watch out for layoffs and being attacked by toxic leaders. It's a high-stress, no work-life balance environment. Prepare to always work late nights and weekends and be available any time of day, as it's expected.
