Pros

1. Comparatively good pay. (in Chennai) 2. WFH full time

Cons

1. Work life balance is almost zero. If you start work by 9:00am, need to stretch till 10:00pm. 2. Very heavy politics. India management want to overtake the US team. So all the US projects are taken here. Team wanted to stretch more.

Pros

Remote work is a good thing. Benefits are decent, not among the best in the market but decent enough.

Cons

Leadership is the biggest challenge. The proposed headcount was 500 by 2022 and 1,000 by 2023. They entered 2023 with 400 employees. This basically means that someone was 60% off with their forecasts. Thr bottom line is that this is a data science company that cannot do math.

Zero transparency and toxic culture

Pros

Permanent Work from home that’s all

Cons

Zero transparency, just get hired like a contractor and get ready to be fired at any moment. Pay is also not up to par; career growth opportunities are only for limited people.
