      1. Strong business plans and lots of opportunities 2. Meaningful work most of the times 3. Highly energetic and techie people around

      1. Overall the company provides a good environment and opportunities. However the one area that needs improvement is the salary-hike structure for employees in India. Currently the increment percentages appear to be aligned with what is offered to the US employees. While the intention is to maintain the parity is understandable, the economic conditions, cost of living and the inflation rates in India and the US are not the same. As a result hike feels less competitive and do not reflect the local market realities in India.
