You get a paycheck, that is if they can find it. I have witnessed a person coming back on her 10 times to get their final check, every time it was an excuse. One phone call from management should have cleared this up!

Cons

Management allows senior employees to actually harras new employees! Much lying and backstabbing going on from senior employees! They don't want anyone new in their space. If your not a friend of theirs prepare for a battle you will loose.

Hi there- I appreciate you sharing your feedback. It appears from your title that you were working in Mexico. While they may have a different process for situations like this, all US employees should reach out to the Sodexo Office of Employment Rights if there is harassment or anything like that going on. For pay, this should be taken up with HR. I hope this will help any other employees who may experience something similar.
