      Thank you for writing a review. You are correct that Sodexo is a very large company, so it is often up to the employee to take initiative when it comes to growth and advancement. We offer many internal opportunities, such as our employee business resource groups, as well as community volunteer events to help get involved and increase visibility. I do encourage any current employee to participate in these activities.

      Hours get taken up quickly. As they emply many people its based on a first come first serve basis

      I love working for Sodexo, as a global business the opportunities are literally endless and the continuous personal and professional development opportunities are superb. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

      Cons

      Having worked for Sodexo, many of their IT systems are outdated or lag behind competitors and the time taken to catch up is a concern. This is compounded by lack of communication for front line employees to make suggestions and get involved in national/global initiatives to improve working practices.
