Pros
Both lead managers, Aaron and Danny, welcomed me into their company and created warm and supported environments for many new employees. Standardized routines kept the work load manageable and the leads reliable.
Cons
The students we worked with were at times fairly racist, they drove flags around the school and even followed me home around midnight after a closing shift. Having to walk home, I would have preferred more campus security and tighter expectations of the area.
