Great team, cutting edge technologies, ethical, environment conducive to growth, good work is appreciated, employee friendly hr practices, opportunity to work in the USA.

Cons

Small team hence non performance is visible across levels, India development centre located at a non business location, being small 1 person works on many technologies

Pros

Sofbang worked on all latest technologies in the market I.e. Oracle Cloud PaaS (MCS, ICS, PCS, SOA CS, DOCS), Angular JS, Hybrid Mobile application development using ORACLE MAF, Ionic Frame work, Spring Hibernate etc.

Cons

I don't find any issues working with sofbang as each day comes with new challenges.
