A very dynamic environment, where team work is essential and individual initiative highly valued. Top managers are friendly and easily approachable and collaborative. A very fast growing reality.

Cons

Definitely not the place if you are not flexible and adaptable to quick changes. Exceptional time management is a must, as well as a humble and patient approach.
