Pros

Is a good work environment, people is great and the customers here normally manage a good work life balance and the benefits packages is pretty good, not micro management on my case

Cons

Not so much related wiht the company but there are not alot of projects so in the case of being in pool or bech most probaly you willo be fired,

Pros

- Market salary - Access to learning resources (Udemy, English classes, etc.) - A lot of projects, you could switch if needed

Cons

- Bench is unpaid at the moment. If your position is cut, you need to find a new project really fast. - Promotions are often delayed (if they happen at all)
