Pros

Good organization, good established processes, interesting project, good peoples. Comparing to other outsourcing companies in Ukraine - not bad but not best place to work.

Cons

All depends from project, team, or team mates. On some project "rush" development style, when things should be done on yesterday. So on such projects - overtimes are just norm. Overtimes are usually are not paid or compensated, management tries to not see them. In rare cases overtimes could be compensated with day-off's when problem become critical. In company work many good people, but on other side work a huge amount of non competent people. Sometimes their mistakes, especially in team leading or project management lead to rush style, overtimes and as result turnover of staff. In some departments or projects - style of doing family business, protegé.

Pros

Poor Leadership and Lack of Employee Support I worked at this company for several years and found the overall experience disappointing. While there were talented coworkers and opportunities to learn, these positives were overshadowed by poor leadership and a lack of support for employees. Communication from management was often inconsistent, mostly abscent, and important decisions/if any/ were made without transparency or employee input. Workloads were frequently unrealistic, with tight deadlines becoming the norm rather than the exception. Employees were expected to take on additional responsibilities without corresponding recognition, compensation, or career development opportunities. Advancement appeared inconsistent, and promotions did not always seem to be based on performance or merit. Feedback from employees was rarely acted upon, which contributed to low morale and high turnover. - Pros: Talented colleagues, exposure to interesting projects, opportunity to build technical skills.

Cons

Weak leadership, poor communication, unrealistic expectations, limited/for non ukranians/ career growth, and insufficient recognition for employee contributions.
