Pros

Excellent mentorship and clear career roadmap. Access to SoftServe University and certifications. Flexible remote work policy and good benefits. Friendly atmosphere and supportive teams. Opportunity to switch projects via the internal talent pool.

Cons

Salary is often below market average for juniors. Review processes can be slow and bureaucratic. Some legacy projects have outdated technology stacks.

Competitive salary Benefits 100% remote work

Cons

Very positive experience for first 2 years of employment. At the moment getting only worse. Cutting cost everywhere. A lot of people being fired regardless of labor law in Poland. Developers have full responsibility for the project, while managers have no. Depending on a project, you might be forced to work over time.
