      Pros

      Company has clear path to grow as professional, I know what I have to do for promotion, job standards etc Company periodically asks about feedback, satisfaction and so on. Also there are a lot of educational programs, profile switching etc

      Cons

      Clients cuts developers because of crisis and war in Ukraine The reserve (bench) is crowded by redundant engineers without projects :(

      I am from mexico, as so far softserve have been a pretty awesome company to work for, they care a lot about the employees culture, learning and that you are not only working in a good company but also having a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some projects have been there for a long time and they might have old infra to work on
