Hello! We find your review so helpful and constructive, thank you for sharing. As you probably know, SoftServe has a long history, our company turns 30 next year. We've been growing really fast over the past couple of years and with such growth some level of bureaucracy is unavoidable. Please, share your ideas with your manager how we could simplify our processes and make decisions faster. As a company, we'll highly appreciate your thoughts!
