3yHello! We appreciate you saying that SoftServe motivates you to grow and provides you with everything you need from switching positions to support, in all meanings of this word. As for bureaucracy, thank you for understanding - we are making steps to eliminate it as possible. Regarding expansion, we have pretty ambitious plans, you can see that in the past year we've opened our offices in Latin America and Romania :)
