Pros

Lots of projects of different sizes and internal community stuff

Cons

Not that many domains available It seems like company is taking pretty high margin, hence sometimes contractors are being replaced by a customer with Indian/Pakistan/Latin American teammates.

We are proud to offer great quality work, and we hope our customers see the value and won't want to go to a cheaper company, but if they do, that's their choice. As for Latin America, we are currently growing our teams in Chile, Colombia and Mexico!

- Transparent processes; - Relocation support to other countries where the company is present; - Ability to work fully remote or from office, it is an employee who decides; - World-class companies in the customer portfolio; - Ability to grow as a professional; - Ability to change the project; - Ability to change career direction and strong support on your way; - Mentorship programmes; - Clear and detailed career map; - Top-notch working equipment; - Company-wide initiatives and conferences; - And finally best in the world company days celebrations.

Cons

- It is a big company with well-established processes. It's not a con, but something you should consider if you are a small family-size company lover. - Since it is an outsourcing company, your experience could differ from mine - there are a lot of accounts/projects.

Since you listed agile schedules and a good team as a pro of working with us, we are sure that there is a solution to getting vacation approved.
