      Pros

      -Open-minded and mature teammates -Many opportunities for growth and career advancement (you can grow both vertically and horizontally) -Nice perks and benefits -I enjoy the culture! It's very humane and transparent -Flexibility in planning work hours

      Cons

      It's common for all big companies: some bureaucracy. But it's manageable here, not a big deal for me.
