Hi! We appreciate your feedback. Our bench is very important to us as it allows our clients and associates to take some time to develop themselves and reconsider plans and priorities. In between projects, our company supports and encourages associates to take courses and learn something new at this time. Reserve shouldn't be scary - sometimes associates ask for it to acquire new skills or switch to a different competency. If you have any concerns or questions regarding reserve, do not hesitate to contact your TSL :)

Pros

Working here already for 2 years +. Great company, a lot of opportunities. Each unit looks a little bit like a separate company with a slightly different approach and style, so you can choose what you like.

Cons

As it's your direct Manager who decides if you are going to be promoted or not at the end of the day, personal relationships are influencing a lot.

Pros

Company values work-life balance and cares about health of employees Lots' of opportunities for growth (regular free or paid workshops, significant knowledgebase, mentorship, and coaching programs) Teams can be quite big (from 10-15 members and more) with a friendly atmosphere and solid professionals Quite developed approach towards equality (sex, religion, gender, etc)

Cons

Work-life balance and career opportunities for PM are highly dependent on the direct manager and the unit you're part of. PM work has more focus at HR while other PM work either kept within the role or distributed to BA and team leadership
