- Great company values and atmosphere - Challenging projects - Plenty of opportunities for learning and development - Work-life balance is good

Cons

- Job can be stressful at times due to high workload and customer demands (depending on the project)

Pros

Work from home. Frequent performance reviews with raises, at least on my level. A pretty flexible working schedule.

Cons

It's my first IT company. I can't compare with other companies cause I know almost nothing about them. As far as I know there is a multitude of teams and projects inside the company and the working conditions differ greatly between them.
