Hello. We are grateful for your constructive comment. As you say, we have lots of projects, namely 1000+ to choose from. Please don't think that you don't have a variety. I'd suggest having a conversation with your manager and discuss transferring opportunities if you want to. And as for bureaucracy, we're trying our best to have effective workflows without unnecessary steps from our associates. Thanks again for your feedback! :)

Hello! It’s great to know that you enjoy your environment, projects, and processes at SoftServe! We’re committed to develop our associates’ competencies by providing professional learning solutions. As for learning opportunities, we have several options: 1. You can ask your manager about the course you have in mind. If the course is going to make a tangible positive impact on your performance, your chances are pretty high to have the cost covered by your department :) 2. SoftServe funds 50% of the course prices to be able to offer higher quality learning opportunities to associates. It’s possible to pay 50% of the price if the course is going to be helpful for you to expand your skills and enable switching. 3. You can check out free-of-charge courses on Cornerstone, our cloud-based learning platform. I’m sure you can find something interesting and helpful there!
