Misogyny played a big role in company culture at the time. I hope it has changed.

- the company has many processes and young specialists can learn

Cons

- the processes are overcomplicated, sometimes its cannot be applied to every case - people who work in the company for 10+ years call the shorts OVER the company POLICY - the quantity goes over the quality and top management sets such high financial goals that pushes lower management to fool the customers - the company cares only about the numbers not about a healthy workplace and people
