In between projects, our company supports and encourages associates to take courses and learn something new at this time.       Pros

      Working here already for 2 years +. Great company, a lot of opportunities. Each unit looks a little bit like a separate company with a slightly different approach and style, so you can choose what you like.

      Cons

      As it's your direct Manager who decides if you are going to be promoted or not at the end of the day, personal relationships are influencing a lot.
