Very good place to grow and to gain new experience.

It is not a rare case when people leave when employer doesn't want to deal and agree with employees and as a result loses valuable employees

Has their own software Academy and a lot of training programs. People are nice.

Cons

Salary could be better. Everything depends on management.

Pros

Lots of knowledgeable staff, nice benefits, good reputation among those seeking for best salary rates, perfect sales team I bet

Cons

Lack of the proper introduction to the clients representatives and vice versa, couldnt get 'not project related' answers easily, high pressure on decisions regading 'changing project path', inefficient seating places and office security guards provoking conflicts.
