1) Team spirit 2) Company values 3) Mobile reserve 4) working conditions 5) Management could be really good

Cons

1) Compensation package is little bit smaller than in the other companies 2) Some managers (a few) are not the best 3) It's might be difficult to be on a holiday without any connection with team

Pros

Quite interesting project. You can grow as a professional if you really want to. A lot of opportunities.

Cons

Office in Lviv is a bit uncomfortable. Too much bureaucracy. Hard to get promotion - you have to know things you really don't need to.
