      * when talking about relationships between you and the company, company's primary concern is your personal growth; * they also try to keep office space pleasant to work in; * opportunities to work in different locations in Ukraine and abroad (USA, Europe);

      Cons

      It's hard to find ones at the moment (with nine-year employment experience) :)

      Pros

      Overall this company has good roadmap for each engineer in particular. Good place to start especially if you are a junior engineer.

      Cons

      Facilities and benefits package could be better I think. As each big company, this one is very beurocratic.
