Pros

-Good benefits like medicine, wellness bonus, telecommunications bonus, 1 additional salary, and home office bonus.

Cons

- There aren't many mobile projects, so if the client ends your contract, you will also lose your job and leave without additional severance than what the law says. - Try to claim the bonuses as soon as possible, or you'll lose them.

- High culture in the company. - Professional and fast recruiting process. - Support from the company during hard times (in Covid for example). - At that moment when I worked there - SoftServe offered higher salaries than the other big companies.

- Not clear anility of relocation. - Sometimes very bad clients.
