Pros

Good coworkers (although a lot of recent attrition of very experienced, good people) training and some interesting clients.

Cons

Senior Managers and EVP's are starting to act increasingly paranoid and hostile as the compny struggles with acquiring new business and retaining accounts, HR is also a weak link. CEO is departing soon which is a good thing, SoftServe needs a fresh perpsective and not the same old "boys club" running things.

Thank you for the constructive feedback. Our new CEO has made it clear that behaviors and attitudes not in line with our core values will be corrected, and infighting will not be tolerated. If you are comfortable clarifying your concerns about HR with the Human Resources North America team, we’d greatly appreciate it. If not, please submit more details to Peakon so we can clarify issues that need to be resolved. We appreciate your tenure with us and look forward to collaborating on solutions to your concerns.

Pros

Very much a "family" oriented company. Great culture. Owners grew a great company and created a great culture.

Cons

Toxicity allowed to occur and was created by new leadership in American management team. Gaslighting and support of friend relationships to the detriment of high performers and loyal long time employees.
