Pros

It has a broad variety of clients so if you get bored with one project you can easily switch to another if you're vocal about the things you don't like. You can choose a project that suits the needed level of flexibility in workload management.

Cons

The salary raise process is quite slow. Profile update process sometimes includes experience that you can really get on your project. As in most outsourced companies, some engineers are promoted faster than they should be which affects the overall expertise level of a team.
