      Pros

      Pros are industry standard, nothing really sticks out to me. You have decent benefits but which job at this level doesn't? Some people like the dog and beer thing (not together) but does it outweigh the cons?

      Cons

      Turbulent - management thinks they need to re-invent the wheel on some proven ideas in the MSP arena. I 'll tell you what though the success is built on the people despite their lack of training and motivation. The underlying culture and customer loyalty in the teams comes from those that pre dated softchoice. Recent management additions from Compucom have brought that toxic management style. There is no employee development roadmap for growth or promotion.

      Pros

      working with exciting vendors like cisco, microsoft, apple, etc, benefits are great, free lunch sometimes.

      Cons

      salary is well below industry standard, horrible management, compensation is poor as well. expectation to work OT without proper compensation or acknowledgement.
