The best culture I have ever worked for and truly a "Great place to work!". Softchoice is taking great steps in the right direction and has implemented some great innovations to the companies offerings, systems, and training to adapt to remote work. Great monthly town hall meetings to receive updates on changes to the business, and the future of work to keep employees informed, with an open Q&A at the end Fun, upbeat culture, and employees really take care of each other!

Cons

Compensation is continuously evaluated for Sales but doesn't feel the same in more operational departments.
