      Pros

      Great culture, great people, great perks

      Cons

      Softchoice preaches culture yet they're hypocrites. You can live by the culture, believe in it, hit your metrics, do well overall and still be let go because your manager doesn't like you. Doesn't give ANY feedback to improve on. They say there's no politics. It's ALL politics. And you wonder why the turnover rate is so high at this company, even at the management level.

      Pros

      Softchoice was a good place to word for the period of time I was there. My boss was excellent and really pushed for us to learn, grow and work our way through the business. Due to my specific circumstance I was able to get a ton of training and work on interesting projects which have now become part of the Softchoice sales process. The Softchoice culture is also really big with the company. This is usually a good thing as it does make it feel like you are working for a particular company with an identity it's trying to build/shape.

      Cons

      Pre-sales does not seem to have a long term positive outlook at softchoice. Career advancement opportunities are limited, and compensation is low compared to the market. The culture can also be bad in the sense that it seems to but what there is a lot of focus on over the other things that could engage employees

      Pros

      Decent culture, great people working on most of the departments ,opportunity to make good money, genuine effort to create a work/life balance.

      Cons

      Increased pressure to grow at incredibly high rates has created high turnover, lack of resources for sales teams to perform.
