      Pros

      It's a great environment to work and the people are top notch. Lots of career opportunities if you enjoy the industry. Great training programs in Sales and Services and will prepare a new hire for their role. You need to work hard and do great things in order to move up.

      Cons

      Middle management can't agree on anything and Sr Management rarely steps in to make a decision. Some roles are lacking in "Standards' or Processes that could be utilized across the company to become faster, better, stronger.

      Pros

      Softchoice has a culture which is unique and they should try their very best to hold on to it as they grow. The work is rewarding and there is room for growth in any given role.

      Cons

      Sales managers are weak - some major changes are needed for the growth targets to be met. There is a lack of recognition for non sales roles which can make it difficult to retain great people. Work/Life balance is missing in many roles, investments need to be made to correct these issues in better tools or more people.
