Pros
1. I used to be an ETL Developer in PowerCenter, Softpath hired me and paid for my Informatica MDM training back in 2012-13. The team was very resourceful and help me in providing all the guidance I needed. 2. Paid for the MDM Certification, which is till now very valuable for my job search . 3. Paid my salary on time, the job marketing team was good and was able to place me immediately with no bench time.
Cons
1. I wished Softpath to be the implementing partners rather than more of consulting. 2. Could develop more homegrown applications or in-house projects.
