Great Job and Lots of Opportunities to Grow
Pros
I was hired on my internship program and was offered a full time later. I was trained under MDM by the elite trainers who supported theoretically and hands on through the lab work. I received huge support from the HR, lead and the technical team in every aspect of my journey. Weekly technical discussion among all the technologies, and an open technical forum were a big plus to my career. I not only learned MDM, but was also exposed to Informatica, Power Center, Hadoop and other Data Warehouse concepts. The immigration team is the best in their work, handling all sorts of paper work that I had to go through. I was under the best marketing team, that had a daily follow ups and meetings with the technical staff. I was paid right on time. Overall I had a great time working with Softpath and would thank everyone for their immense support.
Cons
I honestly don't see any cons. My issues and concerns were addressed, answered all my questions (whenever I had any) through designated resources.
