I worked here at Softpath for almost around 2 years, When I joined Softpath in the year 2014, I was surprised to see the office culture which was very welcoming and helpful. Proper Guidance, TRAINING, Documents, and most importantly TIME was provided. I was also given FREE Accommodation and COMPETITIVE salary at that time. HR Team is very friendly and they address your problems as soon as they can whether it is PERSONAL or PROFESSIONAL. I believe everyone at Softpath works like a Family. HR Team will automatically reach out to you for things that they have promised for. I have reached out to them for various reasons even after I have left Softpath. I never faced any sort of delays. Marketing Teams were very good as well, They looked for opportunities based on employees location preference etc. Rest of it depends on your caliber as well.
